Engineer
The race engineer is responsible for optimising and developing a car's performance during the race. His duties include data analysis and direct communication with the driver, adjustment and set-up configurations of the vehicle, race strategies and problem solving during the development of the race.
In addition to the work during the competition, all of this also involves a great deal of prior work, in order to try to anticipate all the events that actually occur during the event and in this way be able to have a greater capacity for strategic decision-making in high-pressure environments.

El ingeniero de pista es responsable de optimizar y desarrollar el rendimiento de un coche durante la carrera. Sus labores incluyen el análisis de datos y comunicación directa con el piloto, ajuste y configuraciones de puesta a punto del vehículo, estrategias de carrera y resolución de problemas durante el desarrollo de la prueba.
Además del trabajo durante la competición, todo ello también implica un gran trabajo previo, para tratar de anticiparse a todos los sucesos que realmente ocurren durante el evento y de esta manera poder tener una mayor capacidad de toma de decisiones estratégicas en ambientes de alta presión.

GT Corse is a touring car racing team with victories in the Racer Cup. It currently participates in the Spanish Touring Car Championship (CET) with a Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992).

Racing teams need to ensure that their vehicles and all their components function optimally during races. This is why they require specialised technicians to carry out all the maintenance, repair and adjustment work required on the cars before, during and after each race.
Thanks to our team of highly trained technicians, we offer a comprehensive service beyond the actual race, carrying out a thorough examination of the vehicle beforehand to ensure that it is in optimal condition. Afterwards, we carry out a full analysis again to check that it has not suffered any damage and that it is still suitable.
Los equipos de carreras necesitan garantizar un funcionamiento óptimo de los vehículos así como de todos sus componentes durante las carreras. Es por ello que requieren técnicos especializados encargados de realizar todas las labores de mantenimiento, reparación y ajustes necesarios en los coches antes, durante y después de cada carrera.
Gracias a nuestro equipo de técnicos altamente capacitados ofrecemos un servicio integral más allá de la propia carrera, realizando previamente un examen exhaustivo del vehículo para asegurar que sus condiciones son óptimas. Posteriormente, volvemos a hacer un análisis completo para comprobar que no ha sufrido ningún daño y que continúa siendo apto.
